Our Chevy Traverse wouldn't start this morning out at Lake Eufala. We had to wait a bit for our rescue but we completely understood. Wish we had gotten the guy's name but we forgot to ask. He was gentle with our angry car, putting it on the truck and taking it off once we made it home to Del City (about 115 miles away)! He was very helpful. We hope we never have to see y'all again but others should know how your representative went above and beyond for us (Edit: he was right. The battery was dead dead dead. Got a new battery )
Very unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend this towing service. The so called most experienced driver they have caused extensive damage to my truck. Refused to secure the front of my truck and allowed it to swing around from facing east & west to facing north and then dragged it out against a tree. Destroyed the passenger door, mirror, front fender crushed and on top of that dropped it off of the wrecker bed damaging the bumper, bumper cover and tailgate. My rating is a NEGATIVE 5. Very negative experience they lied about
Best service ever..
JR was very helpful. He waited on me at the mechanics till I got information of if I needed a motel or not. Then he took me by one. It was a huge help. Everybody needs professionals like that. Thanks.
