I gave a 9 because not real familiar with the store just getting use to where things are. A 10 was given because of the friendliness of the staff once someone came to help and the knowledge that was shared with me.

Limited stock and required mask for entry. I went in for colored small animal bedding and the selection was basically brown, and white. Which I could get at any other store for less. The only reason I get bedding at petco is to match a theme and they didn't have what I needed.
Always out of there small animals when I go. Otherwise 5 stars but still a good store. Very friendly and super helpful staff.
The day before we went in and there was a long line and Boone to help on the floor. I looked for someone 2 times around the store and this wasn't the first time this has happened there. But on Christmas Eve it was a short line and I got help getting a hamster which my daughter loves thank you.
My Nibble's likes her new collar! The so called indestructible ball's I got did not last 10 minutes with her & Baby my pitbull So I don't have a pic to show them
