So, I cannot express yall how great this company is. We live in the Nashville area and, ever since the bombing on Christmas Day, all services (At&t and others) have been difficult. We had a different service that was unresponsive (at best) and Spark has been there must helpful, amazing team. They have gone aboveand beyond to help us every time we have had issues, that I cannot express my thankfulness at their hard work and empathy in trying to get us up and running. Joanne, Mike, and the rest of the team are great. They know what they're talking about, they are responsive, and they are also just really nice people. I suggest Spark 100%.
Great internet company! Very easy to order and received modem in a few days with easy installation and I couldn’t be more pleased with the internet speeds especially since I live out in the country surrounded by trees! Definitely would recommend to anyone!
Had one of the best experience with a tech in a long time. Was having difficulty with my computer and couldn't figure out the issue. Had a tech, Bryar I believe help with the issue. The guy was nice and knew what he was doing and was able to resolve the problem fairly fast. He was able to remote in and fix it right away. The wife had got viruses from browsing the web so thankfully nothing to serious but very thankful to have people like him doing business like he does. 10/10 would recommend spark services.
