They have sqrewed up my prescription so many times and now all my prescriptions are on different days. They also argue with me about the dates to fill them and when I explain it is a 28 day they still try arguing with me. So sick of the struggle with this store. Ready to see my doctor so I can change my pharmacy.
They were short of hand. One checker. She was very polite and very friendly and no attitude.
Worst Store in Muskogee. Pharmacy is a disaster. They discuss employees rate of pay around all other employees they pick at certain employees. They make they’re employees cry. They are MEAN! DO NOT WORK OR SHOP HERE!
Customer service is terrible in both photo and pharmacy. They don’t contact you with issues on either and just simply don’t fill or complete your order. Can never speak to anyone or even get a clear answer when you do finally speak to someone. Very frustrating when all you are trying to do is get medicine and pictures. Perhaps customer service training would be helpful.
