I didn't have the best experience in this store. On top of loading and unloading everything by myself, I was charged 15% restocking fee on items that I restocked myself. And to end thing on a more worse note, they couldn't refund me with the money I payed them, which is cash. With the most ridiculous store policy, that is not even posted for all to see, they can only give partial cash and the rest they mail as a check. Front desk workers are rude and inconsiderate. Very disappointed...

The two girls at the front are extremely rude. They were rude to us and gave us so much attitude when we visited this location. Customer service is so important... Especially during a pandemic. These girls made us feel so unwelcome that we are deciding to go with a different company. Really not what we expected from Mutual Materials. The locations up north are usually amazing and kind, but these two girls were very unfriendly.

Been coming here for many years since I was a kid, grew up using these guys for stones for many years coming here with my dad and friends. You will not have the same problems here that you will experience at Pavingstone Supply. Also if you do have a bad experience I doubt they will send you a stupid threatening letter to sue you over a bad review like Pavingstone Supply does. Mutual Materials offers great customer service, every time! I have only received one block out of thousands that was cracked when delivered and they were so nice about replacing it too. As a General Contractor, ALL my Sub Contractors love this place and refused to shop at Pavingstone Supply, now I know why. Thank you Mutual Materials for treating customer right!!!
