Shipping took more time than expected. I think it may have been weather related. Communication was great at to progress and location of package. The repair item worked great, was packaged better than how I shipped it to them. Much appreciated. All in all I will use them again. My customer was very happy.

This is my first Google review. I really would suggest using another company, which is what I will be doing. I have spent THOUSANDS with myairbags. They used to do a great job years ago.. Not the case any more. In the past 3 months I have sent in 3 different airbag modules and received them back and they WERE NOT REBUILT and still had crash memory codes in the module. This means we had to disassemble the vehicle, send the module back in, and wait to receive them back for them to fix their mistake and then send it back to me. I wasn't enthused with this, but they did take care of the issue after losing a weeks time. BUT. I was just informed that they will not pay shipping to send the module back that they made the mistake on. This means not only will they deny the mistake, they are making me pay to send it back not only with a weeks time, but paying shipping. I truly hope they read this and realize that telling your customer \I'm sorry for the inconvenience\ does not make it right. Especially after years of using their service. I am hoping safety restore can fill the void.

From start to finish My Airbags made repairs to my SRS system seamless and simple. I would definitely be recommending them. Tech support was quick to answer any questions. The price was very reasonable and the turn around time was quick.

I have used My Airbags numerous times and they are reliable, knowledgeable, and provide a great service. Usually turn around time is within a week, including shipping time. Of all the modules we have sent to them I have never been disappointed or had any problems. A great option to replacing with new. I highly recommend their service.
