I just had my appointment with Dr. Khushboo, Patel O.D. and she was AMAZING. She was incredibly nice, took her time with both me and my mom, and answered all of our questions (and we had a lot). She was very personable, kind, and explained everything very well. We even made jokes, which made the experience all that much better. Best optometrist I have ever had. Highly recommend her, the rest of the employees were great there too! 110/10. Awesome place and even better people. I got a free pair of nice sunglasses too!

I can’t fathom why this place has so many one star ratings. Some people have a bad day and take it out on their optometrist I guess. Plenty of parking, short wait time, (maybe 10 minutes from arrival to doing initial tests for new lenses) the doctor was cool and the assistant manager (Amy, I believe) was friendly and had a really warm personality. I couldn’t ask for anything more in a doctors visit. I mean I guess they could have taken me out to dinner, but that’s hardly realistic. Great visit!

I have been visiting this office for quite a few years. I moved out of the area and had not been in almost 4 years. I called and was able to easily make an appointment. When I went in for my visit the office staff had already verified my insurance information and when I presented them with new insurance they added it in very quickly. I appreciate the precautions they are taking to ensure the customers are safe during covid. I felt at ease and comfortable returning to the Woodbridge location. When it was time for me to pick out new frames Amy assisted me. She was very friendly and enthusiastic. She picked out a few frames for me and I loved them all. Her friendliness sealed the deal for me! She took the time to look over both my insurances to ensure I got the best deal. I appreciate the staff and how helpful they are.

Had an appointment to pick up my glasses. Seems there are others that are more important. Well after 4 visits I finally picked up my glasses Not really happy with the fit. They tried there best I will go elsewhere
