I wanted to let you know that my meeting with Ralph and Cornerstone was surprisingly comforting. My wife and I have owned a timeshare for 20 years. As we are now older and prefer carefree cruises the timeshare is no longer important in our vacation planning so we met to discuss what to do with it and our options. Sales meetings at timeshare properties tend to be an endurance test. Always multiple staff, waiting between sales people, each one presenting lots of numbers carefully laid out in charts but without clarity and insisting on an immediate commitment. We were worried about what your organization was going to put us through. We drove for an hour across the city traffic to meet at your offices. Our meeting with Ralph was relaxed and focused on what’s best for us. Given the remaining lifespan of the time share and the fact we were getting some value out of it, the recommendation was for us to keep our timeshare. Ralph's honest appraisal of our specific timeshare ownership situation resulted in no sale for you and he even gave us some hints on working with our timeshare. Thank you Ralph for meeting with us as now my wife and I have an understanding of our obligations and opportunities as timesharing owners so we can plan our retirement better. Regards,

After having used our Timeshares to travel as much as we could and going places where we never thought we could go, as we were getting older and having health issues which kept us from traveling as much, we decided it was time for us to do something about our timeshares. Our children did not want them so as we were owners, it meant that we left our timeshare in our will. We were sure that this would have been a big problem for our children. Having been contacted by Cornerstone and meeting with them, we decided to part with our timeshares. It took more than a year to complete the transaction. At times, we thought that we were taken by this company, it was a scam or something like that. On the other hand, we were kept informed on the procedure, the different steps that needed to go through to finalize the transaction. After 1 year and 3 months from the time we signed our timeshare over to Cyria Group, we were informed that our two units were sold. We were very happy to hear that. We are done and over with our timeshares. Someone else can enjoy having them. We certainly did. Thank you Cornerstone.
This company is a scam, they have been going under investigation and they are on trial en USA and Canada. Please contact your local police if you know if this business still operating.
I am pleased with the support from your team, and am delighted with the final result - the transition of ownership of my deeded timeshare property to a new owner. Scam scam scam. They called me and offered me a week of free vacation for an hour of presentation with no obligation to buy. After one hour they asked for 10000 for something that does not exist. As for the free vacation, I am still waiting for them to send it for me with no answers to my calls. In Ontario Canada, they also go by the name travelwisegetaways. Do not give them any money or you won't see a penny of it. There is also lots of YouTube videos on scams like this one.
Canadian money laundering scam. Don't waste your time or money. Numerous lawsuits against them including employee lawsuits. Terrible people.
