I was in the market for a new pool table. After some research, I decided to go to Elko. I’m glad I did. As soon as you walk through the door, you will be greeted by an Elko staff member and or an Elko owner who, through their actions and energy, let you know customer service is a top priority. Josh was the salesman who assisted me. Josh was knowledgeable, personable, professional and responsive. I was also assisted by Kimberly Elko who was also knowledgeable and very engaging. I am very happy with my purchase. The entire transaction was flawless from purchase to installation (installers were great too!). Quality products, competitive pricing, and great people.

Kim and the staff do an amazing job! They sold me my hot tub and continue to give great service throughout my experience. I have been there several times to get supplies and they always take great care of me and answer my questions. I went in this week to ask about a product to clean my pool and specifically the tile. Kim found the best product for me and gave me the specifics about why it would work. They really know what works for cleaning both pools and hot tubs and I will continue to buy my products from them because of that. Thank you so much team Elko
