Could use training on how to treat a customer. Aggressive sales tactics and unwilling to deal in good faith. So many other dealer choices than these guys. Left here and purchased a car at a reputable dealership.Driven by greed. Cannot recommend this dealership.

Just took my wife’s car in for oil change only to find out that her battery needed to be replaced. Warranty on battery was for 36,000 miles. She has 39,000 on it. Since it’s not a Hyundai made battery it’s not covered. Here’s where it gets good. A new battery is 300 and can only be done at the dealership. Glad we found out this out before my wife bought a 45,000 Palisade. Now she’s having second thoughts about buying another Hyundai vehicle. This is not negative review towards the dealership. Just left a bad taste in our mouth to buy another Hyundai vehicle if it going to start breaking down and needing repairs as soon as warranty expires.

The price you charge seems to be in a premium range. The service received seems satisfactory. Said another way, I am paying a premium price for standard service. A contributing factor to my rating is that my copy of your ticket gives me no information. I cannot ascertain what was checked, what you did to react to the check and / if your action corrected anything because you ran the check. I spent 850 dollars and I really am unclear that anything was done to the vehicle. The staff in the Service Dept. are very nice, welcoming and attentive. However, I did not have the feeling that these folks are my advocate. Rather, they are advocates the dealership and that they are going maximize the dollar amount I spend at every service interval.

After car shopping for a couple of months we went back and saw Dave to buy a Hyundai Sante Fe Ultimate. He had spent time with us during the summer when we test drove the Sante Fe. When we came back he knew what we wanted and had pulled out one in each color and was ready for us when we got there! We went with the "Stormy Sea". Everything went quite smoothly and we got a good deal. All the employees were friendly and the tech guy, Ross, got it set up and showed us everything we needed to know as this was our first car purchase in a decade!! He even set up and synched our phones! We were pleasantly surprised that the finance guy, Steve, made even THAT part of the day almost fun too! Overall I'd say the experience was a (5 star) (2 thumbs up)!!! Also for every car sold a donation is made to a Children's Cancer Charity!! I definitely recommend you check out Myrtle Beach Hyundai if you're looking to buy a new or "certified pre-owned" car!!

Myrtle Beach Hyundai has the best Service, Financing and Sales staff around! They are always prompt with my service call, and the facility always looks clean and neat! I love Hyundai so much, on my last service call I ended up buying and awesome pre-owned Hyundai for my daughter who has just started driving!

I purchased a 2020 Santa Fe Feb 2019. The SUV is lovely, drives wonderfully, is roomy and comfortable. However, I did not like driving it at all! That is until I met with Antonia at the Myrtle Beach dealership on 1/25/21 for about 1 1/2 hrs. She took time and expertly and efficiently explained every aspect of the SUV. The manual was difficult for me to follow and the size of a bible. This was part of my frustration. And I was there for assistance in this matter twice before but left still baffled. Antonia entirely set up my phone and SUV control dash Info.The technology is so incredibly complicated and all the beeping was distracting to me. I actually agreed with my adult son to give him the Santa Fe in April and to replace it with another less technical vehicle. That is until I met with Antonia..... needless to say my son is quite disappointed.... and I am enjoying my Santa Fe for the first time since I purchased it. Antonia is a huge asset to your dealership!

Had a great experience at Myrtle Beach Hyundai. .. We had a little bit of a financial sticky situation but they worked it out.... Matthew was exceptional as well, as were all the staff. Will definitely be returning in the future and will recommend to friends and family.
