My new favorite place to stay in Myrtle Beach! The check in process was very easy and quick. We were greeted nicely. The sites are well set up and all offer water and power. The walk to the beach was not far at all. The beach access was amazing and was never busy for us, we were always able to find a nice open space. The bath house was very clean and was cleaned pretty often, I was impressed with it's cleanliness. We did visit the store also which offers some really good items that you may need while camping. I'm excited to come here again soon. Hopefully we can stay longer.

This is a pretty decent park that has access to the beach. The gift shop and pier are both nice. There is a fee to enter the park (8 per adult). It's about a 4 mile walk along the beach to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk from the state park gift shop and pier. The picnic area is right across the parking lot from the gift shop.

Such a beautiful blessing to be here. Some sights are underwater due to the spring rains. Call to make sure your sight is OK. The beach is walking distance from our site 211. Very satisfied with everything.

My girlfriend and I. Stayed here for a month. December 12 till January 10 2021. The place is very well maintained. Clean bathrooms and showers. I cannot say enough about the staff. They ALL were nice,helpful and truly a joy to interact with. Some reviews complained about airplane noise. The airport is a mile north of the park. I did hear a few planes flying by daily but nothing that was irritating or a source of anything unpleasant. The fishing pier was nice and I caught fish every day that I went. Fishing pier has everything you need to fish. (bait, tackle and rod rental). Great place to bring kids and have fun. I would give it 5 stars.

I'd love to give it 5 stars but the roads are very narrow and the plants grow right up to the edges making navigation a big challenge. The sites and facilities are very nice. I love the proximity to the ocean - 1050 steps from our site. I highly recommend this park.
