I have a seven year old 65” Sony Smart TV mounted on my wall which was inoperable. The on/off sensor was stuck and I wasn’t able to get a picture on the set. I spoke with Patrick who outlined several steps which I could perform to try to fix the set myself. The hard boot to reset the processor worked and the TV is back to normal operation. I appreciate Patrick’s time over the phone to help correct my problem! If I ever need my TV repaired I’m calling TV Protech of Myrtle Beach!!

Clean nice rooms. Housekeeping and maintenance is top notch. 3 pools make a nice stay.

Great experience. Patrick came to my home and fixed my issue the day after I called. He was very flexible and came on a Saturday, which was nice so I didn't have to take off work. My TV was hit by lightning in July and was cheaper to repair it than buy a new one. Thank you!

I own a summer house and needed to have my TV fixed before we headed back out of town. Called TV Protech and the owner himself came out the next morning. He fixed it perfectly, and even helped me make some adjustments for a better picture. Soooo happy to have this taken care of. Mr. Elder was nice, polite, funny, and definitely knows his business! Patrick was very nice and informative. He came out to the house, found the issue, ordered the part, and had us up and running again in no time. Luckily for us it was cheaper than replacing our tv.
