Went in August 2016 and had an excellent experience. We rented 4 jet skis for our family and we all had a blast. It was my first experience ever on one and a great one. We went with Jeff and he was very professional, pointing out the safety aspects but expressing to everyone to just have fun. He made sure everyone was safe and not left behind. Will definitely be back for the safari ride! Had loads of fun, thanks Jeff!

Had a blast!!!! Went out with Jeff an he made sure we had a good time. Took pictures by a cool sunken ship an looked for wildlife. He also made fun waves for us to jump on our jet ski an made it a fun experience. Never driving a jet ski before I was nervous at first but he stayed at my pace an as I got braver we had fun. Everyone there is friendly an there for their customers! Definitely recommend waterway power sports for a fun time on the waterway!!!!!! Thanks Jeff!!!!
I was referred to Waterway Power Sports by a good friend for their customer service, professionalism, and price. It was my first time riding a Jet Ski and I was looking to have a memorable experience. Jeff the owner and his staff did not disappoint providing excellent customer service. After quick paperwork and safety instructions I was on my way with a guide. Needless to say I had the time of my life, I would absolutely recommend Waterway Power Sports.
Honestly the group had a blast we rented boats and two jet ski......... The young lady there was awesome she answered every question did her job she was cool....the older guy there complete 100% ass hole.....wasn’t friendly didn’t greet the group.....only talk to two people out of a group of 20 no customer service skills at all And to be fair we actually damaged one of the boats .....we didn’t try to BS them into to not paying we stayed until the ower came and gave them the payment for the damages but this guy’s ass hole level was amazing....talking to guys like we were criminals .....telling us what the law was and what he “could do” .....once again we tried to get out of paying them.....if the young lady ran the show it would be worth going back because there prices are great..... But people send your money else where ....where it is valued and you as a customer is valued ..... I even went back after our debt was settled just to apologize man to man and thank him for the opportunity he barely wanted to talk to me and hesitated to shake my hand ..... So don’t go here send the extra money and be valued!!!
We went to waterway power sports this morning. We rented 4 jet skis and had a blast. Jeff was extremely nice and professional throughout the hour long ride and during the safety briefing. It was the best time we had during our week vacation and we will be back to do the safari tour. Thanks Jeff you are great!!!!!! (August 2016)
