As the main shipping point for Nacogdoches and the surrounding area these guys stay extremely busy. I have used them a lot as I ship quite often in my. Ecom business. Always helpful and professional! FYI for those using a QR code for shipping, be sure to read the instructions from the company issuing the QR code. At this time only corporate UPS stores, such as the one in Lufkin, can scan the QR code and print a label. Authorized dealers such as Kline's and Staples cannot scan the QR code. You will need to get a shipping label from the company (ex. Amazon) you purchased from or received a gift from emailed to you for you to print. Hope that helps! As always contact the store before you go to make sure they can assist you in your shipping needs. I called Kline's regarding an Amazon return with the QR code, and they were extremely helpful and polite in assisting me with the return shipment. Happy shipping!

I never knew you were aloud to charge so much more for fedex, ups, and usps than it costs to use them directly. It might as well be a kinkos. Same bad service, just more expensive. This place is way behind the world we live in.
