We held a small family graduation celebration for three SFA students here. The setup worked great for our small group. There are multiple little buildings to host an event at Mallards Crossing. The house we rented was from circa 1895. Since these are older structures in near original condition, they are a bit rustic. We brought in food and drinks and had the main dishes catered. The kitchen is not really suitable for preparing anything and the bathrooms need some updating.

Self guided tour. Only about half the buildings were open for visits, the rest may only be viewed from the outside /peeking through windows. Staff were very friendly; payments for admission and purchased items were contactless. Jalapeño jelly that we bought at the general store is excellent! Our kids also enjoyed looking at the articles/objects/structures from the bygone years. Great family outing place!

Millard’s helped make my wedding day the best. They helped with anything we needed and were on call/text for any details. I appreciated the fluidness of the whole experience with them! I was a little worried (because I rented from out of town) for the shape of the village (it is quite old and some weathered) but on the day of and decorating, you don’t even have time to look around you. I was able to decorate to my liking and have an awesome wedding day!

I like getting to see some of the older tools and ways of living. Its a very open and well kept space to bring along the children. Only problem is I wish they had a blacksmith working there more. ID BE HAPPY TO VOLUNTEER FOR THE POSITION! LOL

Great place to take a little walk and see some History. There's 3 old houses, a few cabins, a general store and much more. It's free to walk around and they do have guided tours. It was over 100 degrees today , but some of the buildings are air conditioned so we were able to cool down. The grandkids loved it.
