Excellent service. I went in for a specific hunting rifle. I was treated like family. They walked me through the entire process. Superb. Prior to receipt of my rifle I did contact Nagel's via the \contact\ section on the website. A Nagel's representative replied within a timely manner. At the time of visit, there was a waiting list in order to get inside. I believe my wait was around an hour. I visited their website prior to arrival in order to sort of ensure the rifle was in stock. Upon arrival, one walks up to the door and knocks. A representative answers, records your information and reason for visit. I had the actual item # as it was directly listed on their website. This will aid tremendously. My actual in store visit was perhaps less than 20 minutes as I knew others were outside waiting. Hope this helps. Thank you

Experience couldn’t have been better!! Found a listing online and called immediately to order. Took a few tries to get past the busy signal, which just goes to show you how popular they are. First person I spoke to was great, and handed me off to their “phone order guy”, who was also great. Quick sale process and gave me an email address for my FFL to send a copy of his permit to. Whole thing took about 10 minutes. Within about an hour I got a direct phone call back with a FedEx number and my item was on its way!! Other sites I’ve waited weeks for a shipping update. Highly recommend Nagel’s!!

After a long and miserable search for 9mm hollow points, Nagels had a wide variety of what I was looking for. Called ahead and staff was friendly over the phone. Waitlist was quick and easy and social distancing guidelines were being followed. Overall fantastic interaction from the store.
