We came in an hour and a half before closing. We called to see if it was okay for us to come and the girl on the phone was so nice and told us we could come right away. We live a half hour away so left and came in. The lady at the door was super rude and loud and told us we couldn’t be serviced. After explaining that we were told to come in they serviced us in a very unprofessional way, rushing and doing a poor job. Update: I made the original review while I was in the chair. The technician cut straight through the side of my toenail and it bled:( I had to stop the pedicure and I asked him not to paint them. I still paid 28 for my service, too. :(

Highly recommend!! It’s hard to find a nail salon that has mastered excellent customer service and value. This place has found a way to. Have been coming here for 6 months & have had a great experience everytime w/ different employees.

Horrible. Horrible!! Got a mani pedi. The lady they assigned mutilated my cuticles. I’ve been bleeding off and on since I’ve left. Having to wear a bandaid, might as well had done it myself! She also applied a clear coat on only certain areas of EVERY finger, so my polish looks very tacky. Will never go back. This place is horrible! They will definitely be seeing a charge back soon.
