Namaste is our PA wrestling club. We live in CA. When we visit, we are there. Coach Joe is the man and hits so many elite club criteria. One of the most important things is making it fun. He has the passion to build champions. Not only on the mat but these kids will be successful in life.

After one season with Namaste Wrestling, my son learned the proper techniques and skills to help him win tournaments ranging from 1st to fourth. As a novice, there are many struggles you must push through and Coach Joe and his staff made our 1st year simple, easy, and very successful. If you want your child to learn how to wrestle the right way and eventually be good at it, then Namaste is where you want to go.
Top notch wrestling training facility for all ages that is extremly affordable. Group and private sessions are available if you request one. They are great with kids of all ages! There is also a yoga instructor that offers classes if interested. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!
My boys love coming to Namaste. They have learned so much about wrestling from Joe, but just as importantly are developing a love and desire for the sport. We couldn’t be happier!
Awesome environment, great atmosphere, all of my kids love going there and only one wresltle. Very family friendly and ur wrestling family definitely becomes your family. I would recommend this place to anyone homestly. Joe is an amazing couch and is really involved with each kid.
When my daughter started going to joe she was timid on shooting and actually being aggressive towards anybody she wrestled. Within 3 months there was a dramatic change in how my daughter faced every situation no matter how big or small!!! She grew to be a confident female wrestler and won the girl state title for her weight and age last wrestling season. We still go to joe and She doesn’t intend on wanting to leave her desire to keep growing. Thank you so much joe chirifisi for all the work you put into these kids
