I highly recommend NOT wasting your time here. She won't let you have physical contact with your children, and when voicing ANY concern she'll just take you off the schedule. I recommend KIDS Services in Meridian. The lady running this is horrible, and I'm so glad my daughter and her mother doesn't have to experience her \Services\.

Patsy and her staff are wonderful. During a trying time in our family life, my little boy enjoyed his visits there very much. Very home like environment with all the toys a little person (and Mommy) can enjoy together. Although less than ideal situations bring you to obtain services there, I will forever be grateful for the compassion that was shown to my precious boy and I while working with Patsy and Child Advocacy Services. Keep helping families mend!
Used Patsy services for my two teenage daughters who we're having supervised visits with their father. All she cares about is the money, she was rude and difficult to deal with. I am really surprised to see the number of good reviews as we had an absolutely dreadful experience with her. On a number of occasions I let her know in advance that I would be paying her on my next payday. However when the time for visitation came she demanded payment or threatened to discontinue her services. She threatened to cut us off three or four times even though we had already made arrangements for me to pay her on a specific date. Will never deal with her again, thank God that ordeal is over.

This company is the worst. Their one job is to supervise visits and DOCUMENT THEM correctly. Our case went to court and when it was time for this company to turn in the documentation it was inaccurate. There were two visits cancelled by the other party that were not included! Instead it ended that we basically unexpectedly cancelled all further visits. The only thing that saved us in court was our email traffic between us and the owner of this facility who also supervised the visits. The emails contradicted everything she put in her final report and SHE REFUSED TO FIX IT! After we paid 65 for a false report! If you absolutely have to use this company document everything YOURSELF via email. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
