EVERYONE at this location is EXTREMELY pleasant and accommodating. From the receptionists ,to the nurses ,and all the doctors! Very helpful and I always manage to get an appointment! The doctors are very thorough and seem to really care about their patients. I Highly recommend!
Doctors Garigalli & Strassberg are the most compassionate caring doctors who do not rush you out. They sit and listen to you for as long as it takes. I’ve been going to them for so many years, they treat you like family, not patients
Although I technically have a different primary physician, I use the group like my primary. My work hours are erratic and their hours are good. Although you can make an appointment, you can also just walk in. I really like all the doctors. All seem to be competent and genuinely caring. Good listeners. Timely calling in of Rxs. Xray on site much of the time.
The Medical staff is EXCEPTIONAL. The office and support personnel are, well....I was raised that \If you dont have anything nice to say. Dont say anything at all.\ So...on that note. No comment! I will however comment on the privacy policies. First, I'm not a fan of being recorded especially my personal information, without being informed. This is what happens when you reach their support staff via phone. Secondly, WHY are the agreements and disclaimers ALWAYS in 1-2 point font, placed in a discreet location where they hope you dont see? This is what you discover when they tell you to take the tablet and sign in. When I questioned this, no one has an answer but, they want you to AGREE and disregard all of the potential release and possible sale of your private information.
