I have been buying Napa parts for my cars for the past 15 years, and have been very pleased until recently. The clip on the brake pads doesn't fit properly, the pads are the cheapest ever dealt with, and I was never offered lubricant. Shame on me for not remembering! My husband was right....O'reillys has better car parts!

If you need to speak with someone that knows about vehicles, NAPA is the place to go. There's some auto parts stores that will sell you anything. If you have had the same experience with these other stores that I have you find yourself running back and forth trying to get the right parts.
