I love this petco, ive been going here for 20 years for fish, dogs, & cats. Ann is awesome, excellent help, knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, & is someone who can make you happy with her smile. Not to mention an incredible tenure.
The manager was very unprofessional when being asked about the capacity limits of the store. A customer needed a cart and the manager whispers to another employee after walking to grabbing it for her and rudely telling her that they were outside. Once I went to checkout, there was nobody there and multiple customers had to ask where the cashier was. The manager comes in and says he has it under control, stating that he sent the cashier outside while multiple people were waiting inside and 20 people waiting outside in the cold. These people had no sense of urgency or ability to be clear with the capacity limits of their store. Rudely talking about customers that are stating a concern should not be talked about in front of other customers. Completely unprofessional and no understanding of customer service basics.
Staff is always helpful and kind. Store is clean and easy to navigate.
Got my kitty from this store. Love you little guy...
