I felt compelled to write this review because of how good an experience I had from buying a car this past weekend from Robert Manual at Continental Acura in Naperville. I’ve bought a few cars from Robert so this wasn’t my first time working with him or the dealership. That said, I’m usually more prepared before I make a purchase and have done my research. I was out test driving a few cars and not planning to make a purchase. However, we got to talking and the numbers were good so I decided that I was ready to pull the trigger. During our negotiation, Robert assured me that he was treating me well on both the purchase and the trade in. I took his word and didn’t think much of it. A few days later I had some time to kill so I did a little research and came to find that Robert cut me an excellent deal making me feel even better about the purchase. As I said, I’ve bought a few cars from Robert and this is pretty much my experience – he’s upfront, honest, and treats you well. I can’t recommend him and Continental Acura enough.
Micah Osbron of Advantage Acura of Naperville did a great job locating our new Acura in the model and colors that we wanted. He looked all across the country because the remaining new 2020s in our desired model and colors were hard to find. He spent the time to find exactly what we wanted. We love our new Acura and the sales efforts in Naperville!
Great Service experience. Got a brand new loaner car to use while they fixed my car. Received a video multi point inspection texted to my phone. Very impressive service. Rick was wonderful to deal with. When I decide to buy a new car it will be from Advantage Acura.
I went in to purchase an RDX and the entire process was just over an hour (that's including the test drive on their track)! The service was fast, organized, and I got a great deal. I love my new ride and the options for the certified vehicles is second to none.
