We brought our 2021 Flying Cloud in for its first service and winterization. Had a pretty standard experience until it came time to pick up our trailer. We had parts missing and parts are broken! A missing wheel chock, missing furnace screen, and broker trailer pin lock. With Service closed on the weekends (which is a whole other issue) the manager Amber did her best to resolve the issue of my broken locking trailer pin by giving me a standard one so I could get home. She said it was an issue for Rich to resolve. I left my damaged pin and a note for the service manager, Rich, to call me. He never called. I got a hold of him today and was told he knows of no such broken part. That the one in front of him with my note is NOT broken but appears to be fine. He's not sure who fixed it or replaced it (what a mystery!!!), but that I could come and pick it up. As for the missing parts, well \it shouldn't have been parked with wheel chocks and there is no reason any parts would be missing from the water heater.\ No apology. No explanation. No responsibility is taken. No offer to resolve anything. TO be clear, this is a 180 service (2x the cost of other service providers) performed on an 80k rig. They lost my business and my trust over a 20 part and the inability to own a simple mistake.
My husband and I recently purchased a micro Minnie Winnebago from here and we were blown away by the amazing customer service! We had issues with our tow vehicle and they worked so hard and stayed late to make sure we could leave safely with our new camper! As for sales, they have the best prices and are not pushy at all! We absolutely recommend them and wish they sold cars too because we would buy all our vehicles from them.
What an AMAZING experience renting an RV for a family vacation. Ryan Van Pelt helped us tremendously through reschedules with Covid; he is a fantastic person to work with! We highly recommend this for RV rentals, the RV was clean, well taken care of, and pickup/drop off was a breeze. Can’t wait to do it again! Thank you again to Ryan!
Glorious lot and incredible customer service! Steve is the man and helped us pick out our new Pendleton Airstream. Nothing but amazing things to say about this dealership! Highly recommended!
