There is a great & unique gift for a child of any age here. The sales people are knowledgeable and so kind.

Nice and helpful staff. The store is small so there isn't room for a huge selection, but they use it well to stock quality toys that aren't always stocked at places like Meijer or Target. Cute little train table for the kids to play at while parents browse.

Fantastic prices. Owners always seem annoyed, but the employees are wonderfully helpful. Wide selection of interesting toys all at excellent prices. We come back regularly despite the off-putting owners.

We've been disappointed in this shop on more than one occasion. If you come in with children, and they wander beyond the train table in the front the staff will literally follow you around. And my kids are well-behaved. There are signs throughout the shop telling kids not to touch or \destroy\ displays. It's a toy store! Anderson's Book Shop next store was never this way when they had the toys in their store. For being a small business, this place falls so short of friendly and family-oriented. I want to support this toy shop as I had hoped it would be a good addition to downtown Naperville, but I just can't. I don't like bringing my kids here because I really don't feel like they can enjoy it. Furthermore, I witnessed the staff speaking in hushed whispers about every patron as they left. Very unprofessional.

Nice selection and organization in the store, but not a welcoming environment especially for little people. In a place where kids should be able to experience toys, they have a sign asking you to NOT destroy a display. Very off-putting. I don’t get it. Walk down a couple of doors into the bookstore (part of the same business, I think) & kids are having a great time — sitting on the floor, playing with trains, reading with their parents. A total disconnect between these two locations. Environment there welcoming & friendly. Environment at the toy store … not even close to that.
