Jessica was a superb CNA from Brightstar. She administered care for the full 3 hr time period and did not need to be told what to do next for my bed ridden wife. She established a solid relationship and trust very quickly with my wife (and me). Her skills were were outstanding. Very meticulous. Jessica even followed in her car to help re-admitting my wife back into the hospital when there was only 20 minutes left in her shift. Her patient came first. Jessica defines the word \caregiver\.
