My husband and I were on a hunt for a used vehicle. The vehicle we came in to look at was already on a test drive. The manager sat with us while we waited. He even as much as looked at other dealerships to see what else was nearby. This really impressed me because it was not about the dealership at that point, but, was about the customer. We ultimately purchased a vehicle with Cadillac of Naperville. When it was time to leave with our new vehicle they noticed the gas was low and went to fill it up. The quality of customer service and customer care was impeccable! I would definitely go back to this dealership.

Guys at Naperville Cadillac are great! Especially Bobby & Mark! Great guys! Made me feel like I was at home even know there is a Covid crisis going on . On the phone making the appointment, I told them the model and year of my car. They told me the new battery with install would be 225 plus tax. I waited for the work to be done in their waiting room. When I checked out, they told me the bill was 350. I showed them the coupon and said I was told 225. They said my battery was not included in the coupon. I understand that there may be different types, but why was I not told there would be a difference when I waited? Not good!

He was able to print out all the information needed and conveniently took it to the parts department for me. I've been a customer since 2014. And I'm still happy with the service and the product.
