I had a Scheduled appointment with a Meineke that is located a few doors down from Cassidy for an oil change. When I arrived for my appointment I was then informed that they didn’t have the equipment for the job. My time is valuable. I went to Cassidy where they were eager and able to service my vehicle. The service was prompt, accurate and fast. The service tech, Chris was very friendly and helpful. I will return to Cassidy for all my future automotive maintenance.
Cassidy Tires staff and management are solid. I’ve never had a disappointing interaction with them. Highly recommend for all your tire needs.
I highly recommend Cassidy Tire in Naperville. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and honest. I ask alot of questions; he spends the time to explain the work to me. You can tell he takes extreme pride is a job well done. He truly cares about the safety of his customers. They are conveniently located off Rt 34.
