The delivery was on time and the ordered items were great. Only problem is they must have switched personalized notes with another order. It was sad for me that my wife received a note written for someone else's birthday and not the one I wrote for her in regards to Valentine's day. That definitely takes a lot away from the gift. If the note isn't important for your order I'd recommend them. Not sure if this has happened to others. Otherwise, they enjoyed the brownies!

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. I placed an order for same day and received a call about a half hour later asking if it was ok to go out next day. No, if that was ok I would have selected next day. They said their driver had already left for the day, this was at 10:28am—seems like you would want the additional business. When I pushed back stating my frustrations I was told I could come pick it up and deliver it myself if it was that important.

My daughter loved her surprise! She loved her cookies and everything about it! The basket was delivered across town on time. Everyone I worked with was dynamite. I called and placed the order, they sent me a text in the morning with the completed basket and called after they delivered. It doesn’t get any better than that ️
