Excellent customer service, spoke with Doug over the phone and met with Scott in store. Both of them were extremely helpful, professional and communicative. Made me feel welcome although all the services i got done (flat tire repair and tire rotation) were free! The store was very clean and organized, the atmosphere was calm and chairs comfy! Would definitely recommend to others. I've finally found my favorite branch for any future tire services! A mega shout out to Scott, Doug and the Discount tire team for their exceptional services!
Love it! The technician was so helpful, knowledgeable and patience. The people who answer the phones are very nice and helpful. And that is all on top of great deals.
Gray experience. 4 new truck tires and rims. These guy treat you right. I bought everything online and it was installed in about an hour. They explained a few additional things I needed. Good, honest business. We need more of these in Naperville.
7/7/2020 10:30 am At the end of sale, I walked out of the store. Came back in and asked to have the rebate card. I was told that not all tires have a rebate, I had to speak facts that i have already researched before even coming to the store that day that the Goodyear Duratracs have the 100 dollar rebate. After 5 minutes he said oh yea, they do here ya go. Hate to think he was trying to keep it for himself...hmm. After driving home 80 miles. I realized they only had 32psi in the tires. Bad for the tires?? Excessive heat? Excessive wear??! He told me on numerous occasions that as soon as i drive off the property sale is final without warranty. Should I have checked the air pressure after backing out of the stall where the new tires were just inflated and installed? 275/65/R20 Goodyear Duratracs (10 ply tires) And these are professionals?? Won’t be back and if/when I can figure out how to leave a public review I will let all future customers what to expect.
