I went there to get a new battery for my laptop and Patrick was super helpful! Would highly recommend getting repairs done here as opposed to apple. The wait time at apple was just way too long (3 days!!) and the work is just as good here. Will come again in the future if I ever run into issues.

This is a Great Computer Repair Place! I brought my Mac and they did a great job! The service was great and fast! I dropped my computer at closing time on Monday and it was ready Wednesday afternoon!!!! The people are extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Very intelligent and knowledgeable they were able to fix my problem very quickly. Very good experience, I will definitely recommend all my friends to this place!!! Quality service!!!!!! Five stars!!! ️️️️️

The guys working here are incredible. I left the store thinking it to be too good to be true. I am more than glad to have called Experimax as the last store I would call before I give up on my MacBook Pro. My MBP 2013 died. SSD failure. Apple convinced me it will be expensive to get it replaced, if they could find the drive. And, so did other big apple certified computer center. With Experimax, all it took was 4-5 minutes to get an estimate, expected repair finish timeline, and, sign paperwork to get my SSD replaced and MBP working guaranteed with less than half the cost others quoted, including Apple. I can not stress enough how wonderful the experience was Experimax.
