Jeremy Hopkins, our sales consultant, was so knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible to help us find our perfect car! Even after we \signed on the dotted line\ and drove away, he followed up a few days later to be sure we didn't have any questions about the car's features/options. (There were plenty of features to learn about). I will definitely shop at Fair Oaks Lincoln for future car purchases and ask for Jeremy.

Just say that I wouldn’t buy my car here. Do not recommend this place. There are many other dealer who can serve you better and with honestly. It’s a shame that the building and vehicle display is so beautiful but the business is not just that. I wish I can give them no stars if possible.
The best customer service that I’ve gotten in a long time! I appreciate the diverse staff, welcoming environment, provided snacks, humor, and work effort that this place embodies. Moe, Ken, Jeremy, Terrell, and Bob made a great TEAM. The atmosphere here is like family and I have no doubt we will continue to be taken care of and I’m sure I’ll get another Lincoln for my next car. This is the beginning of a great relationship. If you want a place that will take care of you from beginning to end and an amazing vehicle, COME to this place. I can’t wait to see the new Lincoln location and visit the staff again.
I dislike shopping for cars, there are many reasons why but the main one is the core of being in sales and pushing a customer to commit to a sale. I want to thank Badges, my sales guy here. He made my process easy and never felt like another deal he was trying to close. He answered all my questions and was able to get me in and out based on my availability. Of course, I made him work, drive testing many options, asked many questions but during the entire process he made me feel great about finishing my purchase with this dealership and him as a sales person. I recommend Badges for anyone that is trying to buy from this dealership. I also want to mention that their finance department goes the extra mile to make your transaction easy and the best possible. I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about this dealership. I will start with saying this was the best experience I have EVER had at a dealership from start to finish and with every person I had an interaction with and I was there for 5 hours (so again saying something). I went into the dealer with a bad situation of needing to get rid of a car I just purchased and owed a lot on. My sales rep Terrell went literally above an beyond to make sure I found a car I liked but was also able to leave in it that day. Every person I worked with in sales (Terrell & Mike) and then in the finance (Dominick) literally made me feel like I was their number 1 priority no matter the amount of money or car I was purchasing, which in a car dealership is hard to do! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car hands down! Visit Fair Oaks Ford and be sure to ask for Terrell!
