Since I moved a few months ago, I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences from the start. The staff is friendly and is always willing to help. Maintenance is great, never had an issue with any ticket I submit. I’d recommend my friends and family to move here!

The best place that I could found to live. I moved here from Miami a month ago and all the process was perfect. I had an excellent communication by phone and email with the leasing office when I was still in Miami looking for a good place to live. Thank u to Danielle and Stacy who made everything to make my moving process easy. We are in-love with our new neighborhood.

As far as condition of apartments are concerned, when we moved they gave the apartments in dirtiest condition let it be the kitchen and washrooms. Toilets were in bad condition, we had 3-5 maintain an eye calls to get that clean still was not cleaned. Their apartments where in there are split ac please don’t fall for those, they have not done anything for insulation your light bills soars up to 200 dollars. I spent some 100 dollars to have those insulated. Worst experience of staying in these apartments. I have stayed in this apartment for 1 and half year, Management is really money greedy , they won’t let any opportunity to go away to suck out the money from you. Their payment system doesn’t work even though you make a monthly rent and then they charge you with late fees. I have to terminate my lease and we requested to take the termination charges at the time of final settlement because my closing was in progress and loan officer has asked not to make big payments as they will impact credit scores. They made that exception, I have the confirmation emails, however they charged the late fees for 160 dollars stating that we didn’t make the payment for early termination fee. When I have an confirmation email from them where in no where it was mentioned late fee will be there, they deducted the amount from my deposit, as I have mentioned earlier they don’t leave any opportunity to suck out the money from you.

it is a very good community. we love it. it is surrounded by nearest commute, groceries and shopping stores. and friendly neighbors. i recommend it to my friends.

I lived here for 1 year with another individual. In the winter, the electric bills can be quite extreme. Myself and roommate only ran heat in our rooms at night, and then only ran heat in the living room when we were both in it during the day. Using an ambient thermometer I kept the heat around 65ish, and even then, the electric bill was 350. I lived on first floor...heating was in the ceiling. So don't live on the first floor basically and it shouldn't be that bad.
