Gerald Subaru of Naperville was a great dealer to work with, everyone we encountered were nice and a pleasure to work with. Jr was great at what he did and never pressured us into anything. He was laidback and made the car buying process much easier. He listened to what we wanted and never got impatient with us even after wanting to test drive the vehicle several times and on several different occasions. Leased my 2016 Legacy here 4 years ago. Bought the Car out a year ago. Fantastic service from the first day, but more importantly is the fantastic service after the fact. Leo and Jesse are fantastic on the sales team, and the sales manager Nino remembers me as well when I go there. Service department has gone above and beyond in my experience, and having the maintenance package has been well worth it for me. My car is still doing great and I love it, and I highly recommend this establishment.
