I toured this facility three times prior to my father making his final decision. The facility is stunning! The look and feel is that of an assisted living place with dignity and independence. There are various activities scheduled daily, the common areas are large for family visits, menus offer several dining options, a clean and spacious workout room and a cozy family activity area are included in their price structure. The rooms themselves looked like elegant apartments, spacious and bright. I loved this place for my father who was not keen on the idea of assisted living. Harbor Chase is place where an elderly person can live out their years with dignity and independence. While my father selected another facility, I, as his daughter, was impressed with the facility and their staff. Shawna, the Director of Sales and her co-worker, Bryce, were amazing. I felt it necessary to write an honest review for Harbor Chase. I read facility reviews prior to my tours and narrowed the ones with the best reviews to call and tour. Shawna made a daunting task easier to navigate. Professional and kind, had my father selected this place, I would feel good and confident he was cared for properly.

I really feel that HarborChase Naperville is one of the premiere senior living facilities in the area. Their emphasis on 'service to the residents' is apparent in everything they do. Their staff is amazing. One staff member in particular stood out, Shawna Calvert. When searching for a new home for Mom, my sisters and I met with Shawna while visiting HarborChase. What a pleasure! She was warm and compassionate to our situation, and really welcomed us to the community. You can feel the genuine love she has for this facility and all the residents. Not only was Shawna a warm and caring individual, but, she was a wealth of knowledge. She provided information and resources for us to use in finding the right home for Mom. HarborChase is so fortunate to have Shawna on their staff.
My dad was living at another assisted living and things were not going well. They were not taking care of him the way the said they would. We ended up moving him here a few months ago and we are very happy. The building is very pretty and they have lots of different dining places to eat at so there is lots of choice. We are trying to get my mother-in-law to move there too because it is so close to our home.
