Corey was very responsive and helpful through the entire process. The team that installed our roof was respectful and hardworking. Talked to a couple of the team members and they were really nice. The project took 3 days and they cleaned up after every day. Roof looks great!

They answered questions fully. Friendly. Always checked in when they arrived and before leaving to discuss progress. Jorge from the office came out several times to also check on the progress and to ask if we had any questions or concerns. We are so pleased with the results. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work on our siding.
Entire process and people at Industry Elite was wonderful! From Tim Doctor to all the workers, everything was great and done in a very timely manner! They removed and replaced the roof and gutters in just a few days and left the surroundings immaculate! Everyone was very nice, polite, and trustworthy! Tim Doctor worked with me from start to finish and was knowledgeable, detail-oriented and professional. It was a very busy time for roofers in general due to the widespread hail damage, but you would never have guessed that based on the personal attention and follow-through I received.
