I trust this company, because they told us our water quality issue could actually be due to our old water heater. We have a filter system from another company. Didn't try to sell us a new system at this time, just very honest advice. Thank you so much to Jen who explained this very well. She was able to convey technical information in a way that was very understandable and professional. A nice person, and she took the time to help to determine the next steps to remedy our situation. When the technician came out, he also said to check the water heater. Our home is on well water with high hardness and sulphur levels, and I would definitely trust this company with any of our future needs.

These guys did a great job. They came out and did a quick water test, which the analyst described thoroughly. When it was found the water softener wasn't functioning, they speced out the correct one and came and installed a new one. The install was quick and easy. Would recommend.
I had an excellent experience with Johnson Water Conditioning 3 weeks ago. Pete installed the unit very quickly and efficiently. He explained the process before and after installation. The technician that came out before him,also explained the process of checking the hardness of the water and was familiar with the water in my area. He made great recommendations . I wish every company had customer service and reliable technicians like Johnson Water. It was refreshing to have a knowledgeable tech come out and be able to know exactly what I needed to fix my issue and got me a beautiful new system installed within just a couple days.
