Matrix Exteriors did work that was beyond satisfactory! Our church is so grateful! We will use this company in the future for all of our restoration needs. Our relationship with David started when he helped us to file an insurance claim for our roof; unlike some other companies with similar services his representative was honest and straightforward with us as well as with the insurance company. Matrix ended up replacing our roof, repairing major issues with the fascia, and replacing our gutters. Everything they did was VERY high-quality, and David helped make sure that our various custom requests were honored. The crews were professional and cleaned up the area around our home far better than I expected. They stand far and above many other contractors which I've worked with in the city, and I can confidently recommend them to anyone needing renovation or remodeling services.

Owner David Ortiz and his staff were very prompt and professional. The quality and workmanship was outstanding!!! I was blown away by how quickly they were able to complete the roof and siding! Matrix Adjusters worked diligently with our insurance company to get out claim approved. I can't say enough about how they went above and beyond what we expected. After meeting with several other contractors they stood out among the rest with how they worked within our budget, provided quality materials, and worked within a timely fashion to get our project completed. David knows the industry very well and is very passionate about what he does. David's passion and dedication for the business and working with clients comes across in his communication. I cannot say enough great things about Matrix Exteriors and their owner, Dave Ortiz. The level of professionalism and knowledge that he showed let me know that I was in good hands when it came to my roof repair. The process was seamless; I was able to pick out my ideal shingle, schedule the install quickly, and await the results. Tracy, the public adjuster, was courteous and worked with me every step of the way. The work crews worked effectively, performing a full roof tear-off and re-install the same day (8-9 hours). The company also installed my gutters and fascia. I would recommend their service to anyone looking to have home projects completed.
