Really appreciate Larry's kindness to my dad who had wandered into this store a little lost today. He expressed genuine concern, which came thru even on the phone when he called to tell me my dad was there. Larry even gave him a cold ice tea and refused to accept money for it. Thank you sir, you're good people.

Truck drivers, if you get a load delivering to this location CANCELL IT. They are super disrespectful to drivers and dispatchers. Delivery takes 3-4 hours... Never again NAPA!!!! Receiving manager is not only extremely rude but also doesn't do his job!!! I called him at 8am to let him know that the truck will be coming in 8 hours , he replies: \Tell the driver to be patient\ , which means \we will keep him on a dock forever\ and that's what they did on Friday night!
