I had a flat tire and made an appointment. Robyn came out less than a minute after I got there and assessed my service needs. She also found out that I was due for service. I figured I would have to come another day, but Robyn got it done. Since it was going to take two hours, she offered me a loaner so I did some errands while my Q3 was being worked on. Talk about great service!! Robyn is AWESOME! And the young man who brought my (washed!) car to me was awesome too. Fantastic experience! Great dealership!! Thank you, Robyn, and Napleton Audi!

I used to love Audi of Naperville. I was even considering going back there when I am ready to replace my existing vehicle. The recent experiences I had in service has declined however. On 2/13/21 I went there to have my car checked because the service engine light was on and I was just there about 2 weeks ago for another engine repair and brake pads replacement. When I arrived, they were assisting other customers and while waiting in line, I hear the associates offering loaner car to other customers. When I called to schedule the appointment the day before, I was already told they are “out of loaner car” so I expected it but after hearing them offer loaner cars to other customers, it is a bit dissapointing because I felt lied to. When it was our turn, of course they said they have no loaner car left. I don’t know what the protocol is and maybe because my CPO warranty is near its expiry and they have prioritization level for customers. I bought the vehicle from them about 3 years ago and I would assume this is an opportunity for them to market new vehicle so how they handled it turned me off. After picking up my vehicle, I noticed that my car is not recognizing the key (possibly low battery) and also out of windshield wiper fluid (it was a bad snowy day by the way so it is unsafe not to have any windshield wiper fluid). Did they not bother checking those out since they are already inspecting my vehicle? I am willing to pay any fix needed anyway. I did not bother coming back and will just handle it elsewhere because I don’t want to get frustrated. I like Audi vehicles and when it’s time for me to get a new one, I might check elsewhere as my experience with their service continue to decline.
Great time working with Jonathon Garcia. The original car we were looking at was gone when we returned but he got us into an even better car. No pressure, very warm and friendly. Great service.
Understood the issue right away! explained me the alternative solutions to me, making me empowered to take the right decision and at the end did not charge me for the diagnosis! What else is required, I am delighted! Thank you Mr Dave, Audi Naperville.
