I love coming to Peet's for something different every now and then. The cinnamon roles are really good!

Great coffee and they typically have more holiday / seasonal blends than Starbucks. Peppermint cold brew is really good. I don't drink a lot of coffee, but the cold brew always tastes better to me, more smooth.

This was a pleasant experience. The store was clean with plenty of space. The staff was nice and I was able to work here for a while. Although, I want able to figure out their WiFi. I was only able to reach the stores website and nothing in the regular internet, thus, bring your mobile hotspot if you are planning to do something on your laptop.

Horrible place. I was driving by this morning and thought Id get something to eat. I ordered I believe the kale quiche (vegetarian). I pulled up to enjoy it and as I took the first bite, I noticed the bacon. I called and told them that they had given me the wrong one. The woman was very apologetic and told me to come back for either a refund or to get the one I had initially ordered. I told her that I wanted a refund because I had lost my appetite. No offense to anyone but I do not eat pork for religious reasons so to me it's a big deal, but I do however understand that mistakes do happen. As I pulled up to the window, she quickly handed me the other quiche that I didn't want, although I clearly told her over the phone I preferred a refund and I showed her the uneaten quiche. I didn't say anything, I just took it and drove off. Needless to say that both quiches ended up in the garbage. I am not a Pete's customer, and I know after this experience, I will never go there again. Oh and before I drove off, she said that she could take my name down so that I can get a free drink next time. My name down??? so the next time when I come back I have to tell whomever takes my order that my name is written somewhere and that I should be getting a free drink. Utterly ridiculous. I know she didn't mean that. If she really wanted to give me a free drink for the next visit, she could've handed me a 5 gift card.

I came in after work. The location is clean and well organized. I ordered a breve latte that came out at the perfect temperature and tasted great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The seating is ample and there is no problem hanging out for a spell.
