Janine was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. She took her time answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.
I dealt with Amber for 95% of my time there. Good location an and i didn't have any issues aside from the east elevator had a month of going in and out (which they fixed). They were super helpful when I went to downsize to a smaller unit and no complaints.
Had to go in to put a bill for my husbands account from a different town. So convenient to pay at any location! Staff was quick and efficient. Thanks!!
Jammie was able to answer all of my questions prior to signing on with Public Storage. Megan was able to get me signed up and the check-in process went very smoothly. She too was able to answer all of my further questions and the unit I am in is clean and will work well for me.
