Okay there is a heaven, it's in Naperville. Alright at least I was in heaven. This place is really cool. They give you a card to use at the taps which is charged by the oz. Insert your card and take what you want. A monitor at the top displays your usage as well as your food bill, very well done. Heads up, they only take credit, no cash due to COVID. Also supplied are little paper cups to use over the tap. Food was good as well as the service.

Absolutely love the concept of this place. Its self serve and there are so many beers and ciders to try. Also, ordering food from the tabletop tablet was pretty cool. This is truly high tech dining of the future. Good food and drinks. Definitely will visit again.

Love the concept of pouring your own beer... close to 40 taps to choice from... got the egg rolls and flat bread.. honestly I have had better but its not bad... overall I would give this place a look.. wonder what it would be like post-pandemic

The food was horrible! I was so surprised at how bland the food was. But the service was actually worst! We had to wait for quite a while to actually receive this bland food which was cold and undercooked. The drinks were good, but it took forever to get...we had to constantly stop a server to get anything, even ice water even though every other table had ice water on their table. The prices were high which is pretty comparable for the area, but why pay such prices to be ignored and get under par food. To be fair here, when a server actually made it to our table they were very friendly and nice, we just couldn't get them to come to the table! If you're thinking...maybe they were busy...nope, not at all. Sad to write this, but it is warranted. Again the food was cold, tasteless and undercooked. What a waste of my afternoon. I actually drove pretty far to come to this restaurant...smh.

The original model of this restaurant was of the European type with regards to tipping - no tip necessary - since it was reflected in a slightly higher price for food and drink. Not anymore it seems, the customer is now asked to add a tip at the end of the meal. Still, this place is worth a visit for the concept alone, a foreshadow of what the future of dining could be. Beer selection is very good, and the food is excellent quality. During both of my visits the service has been great (and yes I tipped).
