I am very impressed with the dedication and professionalism of the rehab personal at this establishment. After leaving my father there for 5 weeks, I saw the impressive level of care and attention to him by all the staff especially in rehab. Everyone from the Social Worker, Receptionist, Chef, Nurse and AIDS was outstanding. I feel very comfortable with this place and I’m very grateful for the service to my father during his stay. We had a excellent experience.

Patients are not properly attended to and ignored at Naperville Manor. My mom went there for rehab after an illness and she ended up right back at the hospital. Next, we tried St. Patrick's in Naperville and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! i strongly recommend not sending a loved on to Naperville Manor where they are ignored and to St. Pats. Much cleaner, better food and super friendly and attentive staff.

No government funded nursing home is going to be up to most people’s standards due to how much we care for those who are admitted to such a place. However these hard working and often overworked individuals are doing the best they can- and providing the best care they can. The administration and social workers are genuine gold- and completely redeem the government funded understaffed issue. The food is fine and self advocacy is rewarded here rather than punished. Speak up and they will actually listen.

My father was at ManorCare for ten months and we are so grateful for the wonderful care he received. The staff is absolutely the best!!! Everyone (from billing to the nurses to the shower guy to the room cleaners to the managers), have all been top notch. We moved my dad to a memory care facility and my dad and his two nurses were crying because they had formed such a connection. The staff truly cares for its patients and families. We were very impressed!
