My dad had a brief stay at The Springs at Monarch Landing following a surgical procedure. During his stay he received therapies to improve his strength, endurance and daily functional skills. The staff was very caring and supportive throughout his stay. The care team was also readily accessible to answer questions from the family. The daily menu plan offered appetizing meal choices. Unfortunately his visit took place during heightened quarantine restrictions due to covid so my dad was unable to fully access all that The Springs has to offer. Thankfully my dad had a first floor room so we were able to \visit\ him at his outside window. In searching for a rehabilitation placement, The Springs at Monarch proved to be a good choice to take care of my dad's rehabilitative needs and prepare him for a return to independent living. The family appreciates the help from all of The Springs at Monarch Landing staff.

My Mom has been living in the Poplar Household at The Springs Long Term Care for almost two years. She gave up her independence very reluctantly but the staff at The Springs did everything possible to help her adjust. The most important thing to me is that the staff, both care staff and administrative staff, genuinely care about my Mom. They go above and beyond their job of keeping my Mom safe and healthy. One staff member came in on his day off just to make sure my Mom got outdoor time during the summer. I live in another state, so since the pandemic I have not been able to see or check in on my Mom in person. The staff on Poplar keeps me updated and always responds to my calls or questions. I know my Mom has the best care possible. I am so glad that we chose The Springs.

The Springs at Monarch Landing Long Term Care has been a wonderful place for my mom to live since she has needed care. Her nurses have all been caring and excellent. I cannot say enough about them! Her aides, for the most part, have been wonderful to her. Mom always says that a little kindness goes a long way. The support staff of the dietician, the activities director and associates, the cleaning and repair staff, the cooks, the front desk workers, and the caring social worker, Corrinne, have all made Mom's home at the Springs a good place to be. So many really do care about her and love her. I know that I can talk to someone, and they will really listen and try to help me if there is a problem or a need that my mom has. I am thankful for The Springs at Monarch Landing Long Term Care!

My mother has been a Long Term Resident of the Springs at Monarch Landing for over three years. The excellent care from all the Nurses and Staff have helped her to remain stable and happy. Staff goes out of their way to make sure that each resident has what they need and activities to help keep them involved in and become a part of this community. Before this past year, my mother enjoyed eating and visiting with other residents on her floor. The morning exercises and conversation that was lead by the Staff was a particularly favorite part of her day. This past year has necessitated a change to these activities, but the Staff continues to encourage her to work on the Word Searches that she loves and often stops in to see her and help her make phone and zoom calls to family and friends. Exceptional care and consideration is given when helping my mother with her lack of mobility. I often get calls from the Staff to update me on my mother's needs and her care. When I call to make a request or to ask a question, my requests are quickly acted upon or directed to the right person to handle the request. I highly recommend The Springs.

These are difficult times to have a loved one residing in a long term care facility. The administrative staff, nursing staff, and the social services staff have eased our concerns by assisting the family with communication and execution of tasks that we are unable to do because we cannot visit. The social worker has taken the lead of this caregiving team by calling frequently to update our family on the physical and emotional status of our mom. The social worker has been the eyes, ears , arms, and legs for us to gladly carry out any requests or acts of kindness that we cannot do ourselves. The staff at the Springs is our extended family within our mother's residence. Our mom has resided at the Springs for the past 8 years. Comfort, Care and Kindness has been our experience. We could not ask for more. Thank you to everyone at the Springs for all you do for us.
