I'll first say I have had positive experiences before this. But this time I brought in my phone to replace a cracking screen protector. Had the new product with me and was all set to pay the standard install fee. Was told approx. 10 minutes to complete. About 2 hours later manager (Chandler) came out from the back and said that he had unintentionally broken the new product. I get it, accidents happen. I wasn't thrilled but he offered to order a new replacement product for me free of charge and said to come back in 2 days. I did so, and at the time he said product hadn't arrived. Took my number and said he'd call within a couple more days. Literally almost a month later I get a call from the store. I wasn't about to let my phone screen remain unprotected for that long so in the meantime I bought my own replacement t protector and had Best Buy Geek Squad install it quickly and without issue. Staff is nice but this is not professional at all how my situation was handled.

Terrible service. All time you must wait, they are super slowly guys. They changed screen on my phone and when I first time washed my phone under water next day I saw condensate under all cameras. When I came back to them, they said that they can only dehydrated phone and it's not their problem that water went inside, but why with previous screen I haven't any problem with water because my phone was water resistant and I regular washed it and made pictures in pool or lake. Really not professional guys and the worst service that I had
I went here because my phone fell at work and my lcd shattered. The guy I met upon arrival was super nice and he processed my device in minutes. He was very clear about the process and I was very happy to have known that my device would be fixed. It did take a while to get the parts for my device but the wait wasn't an extensive one. They are very good about following up with me about my device and did not hesitate to call me about any and every detail which I absolutely. sadly I was informed that my mother board had water damage so my device is unable to be fixed but the amazing thing was that they were able to get my data through smart switch. The guy Ugo was so nice about it and I honestly never thought I'd be able to get any of that data back. The other astonishing thing about it was that I wasn't even charged a thing. I truly appreciate you guys for everything, you've made me so happy with work you guys did. If I run into any trouble with another device I will most definitely coming here! If you need a device repaired this is the place to go. The price is great and you're guaranteed 100% customer satisfaction.
DO NOT GO HERE! I drove over an hour to get my screen repaired. They told me it would take about 2 hours, which is ok. So when 2 hours rolled around and I had NOT received a call yet, I decided to call them. That is when they tell me they did try to call me.... but they called the number of the phone they had in THERE possession. Which meant i obviously didn’t receive the call. And before I had left the shop early in the day to drop my phone off, I HAD given them a different number to contact when they were finished. But turns out that DAVE did NOT write this new number down and failed to acknowledge the fact that he did NOT do his job. Clearly this place does NOT care about its clientele. Ridiculous!!!!
Took S20 for back camera repair. Overall, acceptable experience. There were a couple problems with customer service, however. List of issues I experienced: 1. After waiting nearly 3 weeks for a part they estimated would arrive in 1 week, I never received a call directing me to bring in the phone for repair. I called and inquired status and found out my part had already come in. Its Christmas season, so I understand about the longer than expected delivery time but I was promised contact when the part arrived and that didn't happen. 2. I was told my phone would be ready at 3:30. I arrived then and was told to wait 10 minutes. 45 minutes later I was told they were having troubles with testing the phone. Waiting for a phone that never got fixed wasn't cool in a snowstorm, but on the plus side I assume they were ensuring their work was solid, which is. Here's the thing, don't have your employee tell two other customers their phones aren't ready when promised because \we're having trouble with that guys phone\ while I'm standing in the store. Maybe true, but it made me feel uncomfortable. In the end, I went back later that same evening and picked up my phone fully repaired. It was repaired right at a reasonable price, which let's face it, is really the most important thing. The process had flaws, but I'm willing to chalk them up to a very busy time of year for these guys. Overall, they did a good job. Maybe they need a front desk person?? Just a thought.
