I came here about a couple months ago and upon our arrival, there was only one table being serviced at the time. We weren't greeted right at the door, instead we were asked to walk over to the bar area to speak to the hostess, who was busy talking to another coworker at the time. I asked if we can be seated for dine-in but was told that it was by reservation only, and like i said, there was only one table being occupied at the time so I'm not sure what type of traffic they were expecting that day because we weren't told that they weren't expecting much business so they could seat us right away. To my knowledge, there also wasn't any signage or postage citing that dine-in was only available upon making a reservation, I had also checked the website beforehand and there was no such postage or update about that. The hostess then walked away to check on the one table and came back and asked what we wanted to do, to which I asked if we can make a reservation at that point since that was the only way we could get seated apparently. The hostess then gave me an attitude and said \its gonna come back to me anyways so you can have a seat\. At this point we were a bit appalled that we were receiving this type of service and decided to pick a table to sit at anyways. The hostess/manager then came back to our table with water and said again with an attitude that next time we need to make a reservation beforehand. which like I said, there was no signage put up at all. a few minutes after leaving us alone and she left us to go to the kitchen there was a line beginning to form for pickup orders and no one on staff checked with them and after 20 minutes or so, nobody even took our order, but there was one waiter still checking on the other table and there was 3 groups of other customers in line still waiting for pickup. At this point we just decided to leave the establishment due to the lack of service that we hardly got at all and the manner we were approached with.

Great addition to the Naperville restaurant scene. We have been missing a dedicated Ramen place with freshly made in house noodles. The ambience was more on the modern side with house tunes playing in the background. The broth for the Ramen was also excellent mirroring my experience from Japan. The staff was very friendly and everything tasted delicious including the kids meal. Of course, all this comes at a price.
Amazing place to dine in. The employees are so nice and sweet. They make you feel at home. The food is spectacular! Their broth made me feel in most comfort! Everyone must go there! It is definitely worth it especially on a date!
Absolutely delightful food. Not overly spicy but still enough kick. Spicy miso and spicy chicken rice are both amazing. Convenient, quick, simple and great employees. Five stars. Nice too if you need a haircut next door!
Great service and tasting food! Ramen was perfect! The broth is so good! Perfect food for the cold winter. They have a special going on that when you order lunch they give you half app and salad for free. Will be back!
