I come to this post office a LOT and it's hands down the best one in the area. Workers are quick and efficient while also being kind and helpful. I think people leaving bad reviews need to reevaluate themselves; I've had too many good experiences with this post office that many of these reviews seem fabricated.

Constantly screw up folk's mail. Just passes blame and won't instantly fix so many errors unto a lot of folk made on their end and make everything so complicated. Restricts neighborhoods to cluster boxes but deliveryman sends out the wrong key to the wrong address so your package is lost, God forbid it's life or death medication or something valuable but they do. More recently, I personally had to correct their errors delivering mail to not only several streets away but now the next town over. They have been doing this for decades and it's about time they be defunded in full.

Both employees that spoke to me were very rude. My package is over two weeks late at this point and instead of showing any kind of compassion they made me feel insignificant and I shouldn't even ask. They offered up no apologies or solutions only excuses and snarky remarks. I will never use this post office, I highly recommend no one else use it either.

DO NOT USE USPS. My sister sent a package on December 18th, was supposed to take 4 days to reach its destination, but it didn't even leave IL until the 29th according to the tracking number. It has now been 3 weeks and it has still yet to show anything new besides \in transit\. Every call i make gets me stuck in an endless loop of \press 1 for...\ and the one time I did get connected (after 20 min and 3 attempts calling back) the lady transfered me and it sent me right back to the automated operator. Its impossible to get a hold of anyone and when you do they refuse to help or refund because the delivery date \isn't guaranteed\. Well, an expected delivery on the 22nd isn't. But hopefully it could have gotten there by the end of that week, or the next week, or the next week. I could have literally walked the presents to my nieces faster than they can even get it out of the same state. Absolutely unacceptable

They said they attempted delivery and failed so they will return the next day. However, we were at home all day today, nobody rang any bell, nobody called, and nobody even knocked. I don't understand what they mean by \attempted delivery\. They could have just left it in front of the door at least, like they do every time. And it's so hard to get anyone on the phone. I hate getting Amazon packages through USPS.
