I saw one of the 5star employees go above and beyond the call of duty yesterday. Eric valets cars at NCH wellness center and I see him almost every morning and he does an excellent job. On this specific morning I watched him save an animal that was injured on the side of the road. He moved it out of harms way, and notified the conservancy! Well done Eric!

Casey at the valet service in olde towne Naples was absolutely terrific. He saw we had a flat tire and jumped right in and stayed with us changing the tire which was not easy and waited for us to get back on the road. Onstar couldn't come close to what he did for us!!!!! Many thanks, great employee!! Bravo!!!!

I dined at Coopers Hawk Winery and used the services of the 5Star Valet to park my car. The 5Star Valet Attendant, Ryan, was quick and polite.
