My salesman was River and he took great care of us. He spent a lot of time with us, answered all of our questions and followed up on every thing we asked of him. This was by far my best new car buying experience EVER! Salesman Blake Ginther and finance manager Scott McHenry were the best to work with. I am a very picky shopper and can be kind of a pain but Blake was so professional and helpful I felt very comfortable right away. We are very happy with our new car and the new relationship we have made at Airport Kia! Ask for Blake, you will be happy you did!
Our experience with Airport Kia was fantastic. Buying a car can be a lot of fun, or a real pain. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I needed to get a car for my mother. Juan, Blake and Jeremy were all excellent when working with her. The process was efficient and way beyond what most dealerships offer. I was clear about not wanting to play any games and that was exactly how we were treated. I'm fairly new to Naples and I was missing the relationships I made in other states. No more worries. I have a new go to dealership!
The team at Airport Kia really catered to our needs and did so at the speed of light. We have bought a few (used & new) cars from them and each experience has been one to brag about. Service has been amazing. They are not your typical Naples dealership that doesn't budge on retail prices or the many that bait you along the process only to give you a low ball trade in offer. These people are transparent. When they come back with their pricing worksheet, your eyes pop open with surprise. They really want to help you achieve your goals.
